Alternative way to Capital Raising — Crowdfunding
Being in the Bay Area, I come across a lot of friends/acquaintances (mostly engineers) who are doing side projects —in the form of writing codes, establishing platforms, developing apps, or formulating ideas. Personally, I believe the reason for proliferation of “side projects” and dreaming about launching a start-up are three-fold.
